    DO NOT BUY Bought from Traverse City MI on 6/30/23…and already dead. This unit was inside and didn’t even last 2 years! Wont let me give zero stars.

    Defective, cost us money

    Delivered and set up- never cooled correctly. After 2 service calls found to have non repairable internal leak, Fridgedaire “bought back” w/out reimbursing sales tax or removing unit. We bought a different brand and had to pay have this one removed. All this occurred over a 3 month period, never having a working frig. Disappointed in brand and service (not the repair service- they were great but unable to help). No more Fridgedaire appliances for us.

    Frigidaire is BEST not Best Buy

    My Frigidaire refrigerator broke 5 weeks after I bought it and Best Buy would not fix it or help me in anyway they said warranty was 2 weeks only. So I called Frigidaire and they help sent a repairman the next day and he fixed it with No Charge at all. As for Best Buy Never again will I buy anything from them. But Frigidaire I will buy all appliances they are the BEST!

    The refrigerator came DOA (dead on arrival) did not work - wasn’t able to get a replacement for 7 weeks. We were without a refrigerator for Christmas with over 20 guests

    Compressor started to failed within 3 hours of installation. Poor quality. Buyer beware. Best Buy was great at making the return easy. Bought LG in its place for $20 more.

    Bought this fridge in December 2023. In June 2024, the refrigerator is having a problem keep temp. The freezer is fine. But in a little over 6 months of having it, I’m having issues. I’m highly disappointed not only because of that but because I opted out of getting the warranty because it wasn’t in the budget.

    This was purchased specifically as a garage refrigerator anad was advertised as one. Good size, plenty of organized room on interior and so far has kept things cold/frozen.
