After you get accustomed to using the display and cooktop, it becomes 2nd nature. It doesn't take long. The only con for me is I keep touching the display. I'm tall/240lbs. The range is ADA compliant. That's a good thing.

The induction cooktop is easier than standard electric and holds a very steady temperature! If you can’t get gas this is a way better alternative to electric!

The stovetop is cool to the touch when it is on. You do have to have specific pots and pans for cooking on this range.

Streamlined appearance without the display in the back of stove. Easy to operate with touch features! Love the led clock display with white numbers, old stove was blue.

Small gripe - little food bits like salt get stuck along the edges of the stovetop, making it a bit frustrating to clean.

The responsiveness of the cooktop is astounding. A pot was starting to boil over, I tapped the heat controls down a couple of notches and the contents of the pan immediately responded.

However, be aware of the problems with induction heating: poor choice for Chinese cooking, dangerous for people with pacemakers, and easily damaged glass cooktop. The last item can be corrected with a silicon matte covering the cooktop.
