There is a reason this range is cheap! We've had several issues with it: 1) The touchscreen on this range is horrible! It is so sensitive that it gets hit all the time when cooking on the stove or in the microwave above the stove. I saw the reviews but thought it couldn't be that bad, but it is! We keep the touchscreen locked all the time to avoid accidently turning it on or changing settings. 2) The screen lock feature takes like a minute to fully lock or unlock the oven door, making #1 more of an issue. 3) The clock is so fast that it gets a few minutes fast in a week, so we have to reset it every week. 4) Twice so far (in ~6 weeks), the screen has been stuck locked and we could not unlock it without turning the power off for ~5 minutes (1 minute didn't work). 5) The first range delivered to us had a fault code when using the oven due to a fan sensor. It first showed up when running the oven for about 20 minutes the first time, so it appeared to work before the installers left. Best Buy did replace it, but it took several days. 6) Cleaning the top of the range is difficult because the design of the front of the top has not ledge on the front and has a groove that collects crumbs and you have to put your hand up against the sensitive touchscreen to wipe crumbs off the top.

We loved the idea of induction, but this oven was defective from day one. Three of the four burners work. Best Buy refused to replace it, pushing us to the manufacturer instead. After multiple trips from Fridgeaire's contracted repair vendor, it still has not been fixed. For a new product, that’s unacceptable.

The stove cooks just fine for the most part. We had an issue with it turning itself off, both cooktop and oven. It’s really easy to bump the front controls and changing things, turning off things, locking the oven door, etc. The cooktop controls are just awful. It takes several unnecessary button presses to cook anything. Exchanged for a Samsung

This works fantastic and was a great bargain. We happened upon this item at one of the outlet stores.

Functions well, great for the price. Wasn’t a hassle to have it installed either

This range is very nice quality and is very futuristic looking. Crisp lines and nice materials.

This is a very easy to clean stovetop. Things do not burn onto the stovetop before you can clean it since it does not get as hot as a glass top with typical electric coils; this also makes the stovetop safer to use. In my opinion, it was worth having to replace a few of my pots and pans to switch to induction. I like to cook with cast iron and have found that the burner covers made out of fiberglass and silicone for induction stove tops prevent scratches and sliding of cookware on the glass surface. They also add to ease of cleaning. I had to adjust to front controls and have accidently turned off the cooktop by leaning too close. The oven has performed very well for me. Installation into my space required appliance risers in order to adjust to unlevel floors and taller than usual cabinets, but the Best Buy installers did a fabulous job.

Can't say, cuz I didn't GET it! Because, Best Buy is the biggest Sham company on the face of this earth! Dont EVER order anything from them...only buy what you can take with you that day cuz you will NEVER get the orders. They lost over $10K when I cancelled, but they had my money for 2 months, so they probably made some interest on that.

The stove was received with blows, who delivered the equipment wrote down the data to make the change but they never called us to make the change.

Overall a great product! We purchased this on sale for about $500 off. Cons: -The touchpad is pretty sensitive and bumping into it causes the settings to change by accident. Pros: -Oven is strong and no heat comes out of the product. -Induction works perfectly and efficiently! -The quality of the storage drawer is a bit low.

This is the cheapest induction range on the market. It mostly works well but has lots of tradeoffs and design problems as other reviews have noted. - The oven fan runs when it is actively heating whether it is on convection bake or not. On convection bake it runs more often, but still not all the time. It can be loud in a quiet kitchen. This is not how convection bake is supposed to work (or air fry). - That massive 14" burner? The heating element is only about 7.5 inches. Your eggs will cook in the middle and not at all around the edges in a medium fry pan. This seems like fraud to me, not just an inconvenience. The other burners are even smaller. None of the burners are actually centered on the burner graphics, you need to learn where the burner is and move your pan off-center. - The burner buttons are very inconvenient, requiring at least three sequences to turn on. First press and hold to turn it on (not just press). Then push up or down on the temp and it will start at the top or bottom of the scale. Then switch to the other button to get it where you want. My last induction range started on 5 so you just pressed the up button if you wanted it anywhere from 5-High for example. - The burners are much hotter than my last induction and don't have enough steps for simmer which wants to be between 1-2. - personally I don't like the graphics on the display panel, they look bold and cheap to me, but thats personal preference. On the plus side the oven keeps an accurate temperature.

I am very happy with this range. The induction stove boils water for me in 2 minutes! It's very easy to clean with a stovetop cleaner. The touch pad can be a bit sensitive, that is the only flaw I've noticed so far.

We bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it! He's a great cook and it fits his cooking style perfectly!

induction cooking is great. Fine temperature control with efficient use of power. Never purchasing traditional electric or gas again. We are in the 21st century, change is good.

Works perfectly almost as good as gas! Way better then regular electric!

I love my new oven, however I didn’t realize that not all cookware works on it. Therefore, I had to spend an additional $300 to buy new pots and pans for it to work. Check and make sure that your cookware will work before purchasing.
