The Best Buy staff was fantastic with the purchase of the range and kudos to the delivery and staller guys. They were polite , clean and efficient. They educated us on the useage and care of the range. Never disappointed with Best Buy

No bells and whistlers = fewer things to maintain and break. The reason I took off a star is because grease and liquids splatter and "stain" the stovetop pretty easily. I followed the instructions to only use certain cleaners to remove grease but it doesn't seem to be enough. Overall this stove does the basics of what I need it to do.

I have to say I’m blown away by the performance of this stove for the price. Plenary of burner space with various sizes and a huge capacity oven. The oven temp was dead on to my oven thermometer as well.
