The cord/plug doesn't have a concave space to sit in the back so the oven has a big gap between it and the wall. It takes longer than usual to warm up to temperature. Also I am constantly bumping the touch buttons on the front when using the back burners or turning the overhead light on. I wish I would have picked an oven with the controls on top of the unit. Don't get this is you have young children.
