Terrible Stove

The top heats way too fast and cooks extremely unevenly. Even when you are tending a half-full pot, it will inevitably boil over and cause a huge mess. Because the entire flat top gets hot when only one burner is on, the mess will spread and bake itself all over the stovetop. It is impossible to ever get it completely clean, even with professional-grade products. I've had the stove two months and while the oven works fine, if noisily, the stove top is dysfunctional, I would never recommend this to anyone and I will be exploring ways to get this faulty product returned.

I tried it twice, Convection was no better than my 35 yo GE range. The drawer is not only flimsy but mine arrived filthy & scratched. One of the 2 oven racks was visibly dirty, and when I removed it to see what the coating was all about, 3/4 of it was greasy. The other rack was shiny and clean. BestBuy.com simply does not carry the type of electric range I need: A *New* and modernized 26" depth, slide in, electric range. I'm going to return it and shop elsewhere.

I love the knobs and buttons on the front BUT wish that anytime we reach to the back or cabinet above that we didn't end up pushing buttons or accidently turning knobs. Hoping for a solution but not finding one yet.
