Posted .MADAMJ61, I regret to hear of your dissatisfaction in your range hood. For installations which are recirculating the air exhaust, the recirculation vent cover must be removed (page 13 in your Owner’s Manual). For installations which are venting out the roof or wall, the recirculating vent cover must remain in place. To this day as many times as we have replied to reschedule delivery, we are still without and bestbuy again wanting us to reschedule delivery. Big joke. And it was paid for when I ordered 5 months ago. 1 Big pain.
