Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a good dehumidifier for quite a long time;since my old one had to retire because it wasn't doing a good job and relatives who visited my house were complaining on an unpleasant odor that was coming from the basement.Installation was easy,and within 4 days I noticed a big difference,the odor is gone and it's noticeably easier to breathe in the basement.Now,the device is working intermittently and not non-stop as at first couple of days.I don't even have to monitor the device or to empty the drain-bucket,which is a good thing! I am expecting at least 5-10 years of service from this device,will keep ya'll updated.

Waking up in the morning with headaches. My headaches are gone now. My humidifier produces 6 cups of water in 10 hrs with ac on. I'm pleased with the results.

This dehumidifier displayed an "FO" code on the screen and quite working. I tried all of the 'fixes.' Read the manual, read the forums, called the help desk. We made made these attempts over the next month after this code was displayed. Put simply, do not buy this product. I personally plan to never buy a Frigidaire product again. Customer service at Best Buy and Frigidaire is a nightmare.
