Very efficient dehumidifier for large basement. Hose option is convenient.

It works okay so far, although I have only had it for a short time. It does use more electricity than I had expected based on its Energy Star rating. Running pretty steady (having a very wet summer), but even so it added about $12.00 (25 percent) to my power bill.

We have had this for years now, two moves and we still use it almost daily in the basement. Easy to use and durable. Multiple settings depending on what we need for the time of year. We drain to a drain and do not use the compartment so we don’t have to empty it. Very happy with this.

I don't have a particularly damp cellar. This is an effective little machine, though, so I generally need to empty it twice a day. I'm going to have to set it up to drain into the deep sink before we can leave it for an extended period.

Met expectations and is very easy to use for my humidity problems. Rollers, carrying handle and easy to use/empty reservoir is noted by family members..... A bit more fan noise than I expected from a small unit.

Got this for smaller unfinished area of our basement. Got the larger (70 Pt) dehumidifier for the finished part of the basement. This 30 Pt dehumidifier is raised up on a bench and has the continuous drain hose draining into my utility sink. Does the job well.

I have to empty this everyday due to old windows letting the humidity in as I Live close to the ocean. It is somewhat noisy, don't think that I'd place this in a room that I had to sleep in.

Excellent product that lives up to high rating. Compact and quiet compared to others in class. One suggestion, consider buying one size up. Research indicated 30 pint would be more than adequate (small 2 bedroom apt. MI). 50 pint would have been a better choice.

We bought the larger and the small version of this dehumidifier. We are pleased with both. Of course, with the smaller one, you will empty out the water a bit more (if you are not running a drain hose) but that is to be expected. Works well.

I've only had this dehumidifier for a few weeks, but it has removed a lot of moisture from my basement. I only wish that the water receptacle was a bit larger as I have to empty it daily. I don't have the option to run the water to a drain.

I usually end up emptying it out at least 1 if not 2 times a day. I can tell that it is so much cooler in my home when I use it. My other one quit working after a year and Best Buy replaced it with no problems. Great customer service.

I've been using this humidifier all summer and it has kept an area downstairs much drier than it has ever been. Usually it had a damp smell during the summer, but this summer there is none of that. I'm very pleased with the product.

i need to probably figure out how to hook it up to auto drain instead of having to dump it all the time. its a very quiet motor!

We purchased for our new home build basement. The hose attachment was a key feature and it's working great. Never really needing to empty is great. Does accurate readings and is doing a great job. Very happy with purchase.

Bought this unit for our main bathroom. Love it! Compact enough to fit inconspicuously, anywhere in the room. Sleek looking. Not industrial like others.

Works as it should. Pulls a lot of water out of the air. Recommend using the hose to a drain, otherwise you will be dumping the bucket every day which is annoying
