Worst Place to Purchase Appliance- No AfterCare,

BB sent a tech who confirmed defect and said it needs to be replaced, and someone would contact me on this. No one contacted me. I followed up with a call and a report of the outcome of the visit, and got a care agent that literally asked me to return the unit myself (I paid for delivery). I explained a previous rep informed me that BB will deliver a replacement and pick up old unit. My advise, feel free to patronize best buy, buy the total member stuff (which I have), but expect literally the worst customer service in the case you need some sort of care. Expect a complete bait and switch, its a racket and a scam followed by reasonable justification. Be careful. Thank you for your attention to this matter! I'd give less than 1-Star if I could

Delivery Fee!!!!

Sent them both back and I was still charged for the delivery! I was refunded everything but the $39.99 and customer care told me that it was because the delivery was completed! What??? I returned the refrigerators not out of convenience but because of damage. Terrible policy! This was right after I spent $2400 on a new camera!!! I won't be going back to Best Buy anytime soon!!!!!!

Update your website Best Buy

Even now, moments after receiving my cancelation email, the product still shows available to purchase on the website. Absolutely frustrating again.

Buy this for your garage!

I don't have a heated garage or insulated walls. I didn't have 1 can explode! It has soooo much room in it! The fridge doesn't have any cold or warmer spots, just an enen temperature through out. I wish I would've bought it sooner!
