nice unit overall, not too bulky nor heavy, just the window exhaust a bit challenging to put it in right angle, as not all windows the same.

Love this air conditioner. Can be moved from room to room. Keeps us very comfortable

Bought this for my room in a rental house. Not convinced the thermostat works, hasn't turned off since I bought it..... been plenty chilly

This Air Conditioner is a good value. Coming in at around 100 dollars less, it packs a good punch and cools a small room well.

Draining the unit is slightly difficult without a hose that you must purchase separately but overall it's portable and does a fair job

Sufficient portable AC for One bedroom. It's not bulky looking which makes it less of an eyesore. I like that it's also a dehumidifier.

I mean these things tend to break and then are too inexpensive to repair so you need to buy a new one. I bought this after the salesman told me this was one of the best but also bought a 2 year replacement warranty for a new one if it breaks. The hose was a pain to get in the window, as was the window fixture but so far its working. We had another type for 3 years and it broke and the repairs cost more than the new machine.

Good product,it can move room to room easy. Also install easy my son(15 years old), he can does it by himself. I glad to have it.

Works well for the area I needed only downfall is that it's louder than I expected

Great product. Does it's a job to cool my 300 sq ft room. It's very useful mostly in on spot cooling. Gets very cold gas on spot.

Keeps the room very cool. Noise level low. Size and looks are very reasonable.

For it's price, it's decent to cool a small room. After a few weeks of constant use, it lost the cold air. It still blows cool air but not cold. I like how you can point to different directions. My husky uses this as his cooling fan during hot days. I do recommend to look up and purchase Cool Aide for the exhaust hose insulation. The hose generates some heat. Cool aide wrap will help on keeping the heat off.

Haven't had AC in apartment for 20+ years and finally couldn't take it! Living up stairs only this really helps with the heat!

Great for small to medium size bedrooms or other enclosed spaces. Quiet and efficient

Being able to move this air conditioner from room to room and have it cooling off in a matter of minutes is great.

It's really good, it is a little expensive in my opinion that's why I gave it 4 and not a 5... Over all it keeps my room really cold

The unit itself is not bad and does keep my home office cool but the installation of the hose to the wall mount was a major pain to deal with. It took me 30 minutes to put it together when in reality it should not take more than 5 minutes. I had to fight with the assembly of the hose to connectors and then the connectors to the wall mount.

Cools really well, doesn't take up much room, better looking than a window unit..
