Posted .Hey there, Elliott! I hate to hear that your a/c didn't keep you cool. Be sure to vent the a/c properly outdoors, and use the cool mode with a high fan speed instead of energy saver or fan mode. This model can support an area up to 350 sq. ft. ~ Brandi

My tiny apartment is 325 sq feet and it did almost nothing to cool the space so I had to replace it. Also, the hose will disconnect easily from the unit and exterior as the tightening mechanism is flimsy.

It was priced right, has easy to understand controls, and has a sleek design. This was a great investment!!

It works really good if the vents are blowing right on you... it's also pretty loud. But it's better than having nothing.
