Easy to install, easy to use and cools the room right away. Would purchase again

There's only two issues I had with this unit. First off it's loud. I mean that's to be expected probably but never having heard one before...it's a bit jarring. Secondly, the exhaust hose connection is a bit flimsy/loose. If you have to move this from room, which usually is a reason to buy these portable ax units, be careful or it will detach and it can be a pain to fix again.

Purchased frigidaire because had an LG brand,but was not as good as this brand. Very easy to set up and setting up exhaust was easy. Cools quite quickly and wheels allow me to move it around easily. Happy with my purchase-- I purchased 2units.

The set up was easy. The remote very clear and straightforward. It cools well.

I feel that I got exactly what I need and exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased this unit. I love the timer because I set it to turn on for just a few hours in the middle of the day during the warmest time and it keeps my room from heating up too much while I'm at work. The temperature setting is also a great feature to have rather than low, medium, or high like a lot of AC units. I always had to leave my AC on all day while I was at work and just hope for the right setting at night. With this one, I found the temp I liked and kept it there. It's so easy to use and very reliable. I don't feel like it is louder than you would expect, but it definitely takes up some space. I also only used it for my bedroom because of the layout of my apartment and I have a built in in my living room, so I can't comment about how well it would work in a larger space. But absolutely perfect for keeping my room cool and it's easy to set up (I had help from one other person though which I would recommend). Overall I'm very pleased.

It's not loud, could easily fall asleep. The draining is easy. I set it up in minutes. My room gets hit by the sun right around 12, anywhere above 100 degrees, it keeps it comfortable, but I also have single pane windows. When the temperature is in the mid 90's it really does a good job.

The air conditioner has great cooking for a small room. Easy to install.

With the recent unusually high daytime temperatures in southern Arizona I decided I needed to install an air conditioner in my observatory. This small portable unit has done the job. It makes opening the observatory at sunset so much nicer. Telescope now takes no cool-down time as the air conditioner has maintained a cool temperature inside the observatory.

Is easy to set up and works good in small room. The remote works well.

We purchased this unit to cool our bedroom, which it does help, but not as well as we expected.

Works amazing with a 15x15 room, kept it at about 64 degrees through a rough August.

Bought this for my son to replace the ancient window unit left by previous tenants. Cools his large Brooklyn studio very well. And it's a bit quieter on low than the window unit was. Didn't think about the condensation needing a place to drain, though. For now he just removes the plug and empties it into a cup every couple of days. So far so good.

Gives cold air! Love the size of the item. I use it for work

This air conditioner is space saving and keeps the room cool and comfortable.

No complaints here. Does what it's suppose to do . Up stairs bedroom needed a little extra cooling and it does the job. How it would work with no central air on that I don't know. Cools the room down to cold and it's no louder than a window model.

Coming from a SHARP Library silent portable A/C, this one doesn't appear to be any noisier, and works well cooling a master bedroom. The remote works a little differently than other IR remotes, and takes some getting used to (seems to send commands in batches).

we got new windows installed in our house which dont allow us to use regular air conditioners so we had to get one of these. this is my first time using it and so far it works very well. and it was easy to put in. its very large next to my desk, but i dont care as long as i stay cool. iam useing it in a small bedroom.

Wonderful AC for a great price and very easy to use

Instruction manual & pictures not great. It's not as easy to put together as it could be if manual & pictures were good. Based on written measurements, I should not have to cut window panel, but I do. Tube does not stay in window panel well But it does cool well.

I used this AC to cool a small bedroom at the far end of my house where the central AC does do a good job. It does a great job keeping this room cool but it is very loud. The venting hose is easily locked loose but a little duct tape solves that problem.
