I ordered two appliances a month prior to my delivery date, both of which I confirmed delivery with multiple people in store, through the customer service line, and online multiple times regarding delivery date and time. Each time I was promised the arrival date as scheduled was in progress, items on a delivery truck and in route. Neither item arrived as scheduled, both were on back order, which was never communicated with me at any point during purchase or confirmation of delivery until after the delivery window was closed. The customer service hotline is provided no information and told to make promises that they are unable to keep. In store is the only way to speak with anyone with actual information and their control over the process is zero. This is a massive breakdown in logistics, communication, and professionalism. Do not recommended. Run fast and run far if you have any kind of schedule to keep or value your own time. Best Buy corporate should be ashamed at the level of service ability they allow their on the ground employees and customer service to work with and their logistics manager should be fired.

Great fridge for the price, has enough storage for my needs

Not a garage ready type... refrigerator side struggles to work if temperature is above 70F

The features section, it shows that the frifge can operate between 38 f to 110 f while in the specifications under preformance, it shows that it can operate between 0 f and 70 f so which one is accurate ? And is it then a garage ready ?

The delivery service was unprofessional from start to finish, and the delivery was handled very poorly. The delivery staff were rude and unfriendly and clearly did not know what they were doing.

Excellent capacity, sleek design, and even and superior cooling. There are no wheeled shelving units or bins that could break, but there are slide-in bins that are easy to remove, allowing for thorough cleaning without any crevices. This unit is highly recommended.

This is a fantastic fridge! My house does not have the means to install a fridge with eater dispenser or ice maker (and I do not like it anyways because I drink reverse osmosis eater) so this fridge was a fantastic option, it is spacious and the freezer is the best part as we har much more space than a conventional one

Overall great fridge for the value. Not having an icemaker or water dispenser is a downside. But if you need a fridge/freezer without those things, this fridge/freezer is great. Super easy to access temp controls. For the price, couldn't be happier with the fridge.

I am totally pleased with this refrigerator-freezer. It has unbelievable space in the freezer as none is taken up with a ice maker . It looks great and like the pocket doors. Worked perfectly as expected. Great refrigerator for the price.

This garage fridge is the perfect size, runs do very well at the get-go. So modern, so sleek, so quiet. I love the no handle French doors! Very Happy I purchased this make and model from Best Buy !
