    Hi Best buy associate, My review is for the process from the purchase to all the way of the pick up at the store. At the beginning was pretended to be a easy and convenient purchase became my worst nightmare I ever experience with any kind of a purchase. The delivery date was almost a month from the purchase date. Customer service was contacted twice getting a horrible experience as a customer on my position. No credit was offered for anything and when the credit was asked there was no positive option and no option to speak with management for any resolution on my case.

    Looks good and the lighting on the inside is nice but the Water dispenser is very, very slow!

    Poor quality. The doors seem unbalanced and the fridge is flimsy. The fridge is running on the recommended setting and it still caused as crack in the freezer liner and it freezes whatever items are on the top shelf of the refrigerator. Very dissatisfied.

    Ice maker has possible problems and may need a service call in the future. Seems like it was design this way. Not real pleased

    The only thing worse than the frig was frigidaire tech support they had us on the phone for an hour then they hung up. The frig stopped working after 2 weeks, thank god for Best buy they made a exchange for a LG and it seems to be fine.

    We fo not have the refrigerator! We sent both back! They were no good! Take the charges off our credit card!

    They did not have the floor display at the best buy i went to .. and I usually want ti see what im buying especially for this amount ! When it arrived it was more then I expected bigger alot of room water comes oit faster them my old refrigerator

    The first one I got, the doors are not level. They replaced it. It is really easy to get frozen in the fridge part. But within one year the ice dispenser started to have problems, by two years the ice maker started to break down.

    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    We had a scheduled delivery for November 28 for a refrigerator that we purchased on November 13. We received notice that the window would be from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. No delivery happened, but the bigger issue is we were never contacted by anyone with Best Buy or contracted (??) delivery company. I called the 800 number twice, and neither time were they able to reach the dispatcher. The next morning the status online was changed to “We need you to schedule your appointment”. I still have not been contacted by anyone associated with BestBuy. When I called the 800 number I was informed that it was not likely it would be delivered today. This is now 2 weeks without a Refrigerator and 2 days off work without pay. And it appears based on the lack of communication by the Vendor, I am the only one who really cares.
