What's up with this bottom drawer

I never did hook up the water for the ice cubes and water dispenser so I assume that's nice but I probably won't ever bother. The bottom shelf has rollers for the crisper drawer and they break off super easily I had like 3 replaced under warranty and then I just broke it again it's out of warranty now it still slides in and out but the end pieces snapped off and I'm a big fat guy it's my vegetable drawer it's not like I'm overloading it with broccoli.

This Frigidaire was the right size, price, and has all of the functions that we wanted to replace our 33 year old GE Profile refrigerator (it was still working fine, but it was only a matter of time!). I am very happy with my new Frigidaire! It's quiet and a little larger than our old refrigerator.
