Doors aren’t good

Unit was installed and did not cool at all. Second unit was installed and one of the exposed hoses on the back split and leaks water. Doors don't level regardless of how much we adjust. Never been so dissatisfied with a product. STAY AWAY.

Took my old refrigerator and left. We plug in the new one and it continues to beep and door open warning lights up. Unpleasant experience.

Front Doors don't line up

Now it doesn't get colder than 50 degrees. I've been waiting THREE months for Frigidaire to deliver the parts. Frigidaire has refused to send me a new refrigerator or do anything other than tell me to wait. I've been told that I may have to wait an entire year for the parts.

Appliance defected.

I was unaware of this obviously, until a repairman came and told me that it must have been dented in transport. After contacting best buy, I was told to contact Frigidaire as I still had a one-year warranty with them. They have not replace my refrigerator.
