It was advertised as in excellent condition and in the box. When it arrived it was not in a box and the base of it was torn up. We dealt with that. We hope the condition hat it arrived in did not affect condition of frig.

It keeps perfect temperature, locks, and is so quiet that we sometimes forget it’s there! I would highly recommend!

The wood drawers are not the best, consider it as shelves as does not have a mechanism, just plastic support, you have to slide it carefully, otherwise you could have an accident with the wine. Based on the price, it provides a good price/quality balance

It's dual temp and holds 38 bottles which is a good size. For anyone attempting to purchase a wine fridge in CA, there's a problem with Prop 65, which quite honestly makes no sense since we produce more wine that anywhere else. Turns out that only brick and mortar stores can ship in CA.

The only problem was I asked to get to send to my home address arrived damaged two time the last time I have asked to sent it to the store for pick up, does the only way to do it. UPS damages all the wine cooler got sent to my home. Little frustrated, but the wine cooler is awesome

It looks and works fine. I wish there was slightly more room between the shelves to more easily accomodate champagne size bottles.

Stores a good number of bottles, however, the wooden rack on the bottom shelf tends to slip out -- making it hard for the door to close.
