Contrarily, the lower settings are for the upper level. I don't understand that, but still an attractive piece, hoping that it will work well in the long run.

Some wine bottles do not fit well between the racks. Also, I wish the cooler had a thermometer that gave the actual temperature. It tells you where the temperature is set, but not the actual temperature.

Poor packaging by Frigidaire

Called Best Buy they immediately sent out a new one. The second one had damage on 4 of the corners. The cooler itself is nice looking and would had worked well for me EXCEPT Frigidaire does not seem to want to spend a few cents more and put Styrofoam protection on the corners. My issue is NOT with Best Buy, they were great to deal with, I actually felt bad that I could not buy one from them. I ended up with a different brand from a different retailer.
