Ordered the wine cooler based on its offer price and spec. Delivered to my home with damaged packaging. Cut back the packaging to check for damage and found dents in the cooler door; called Best Buy and they undertook to ship a new one to my home. Second cooler arrived at my home, packaging looked OK but on removal, found large dent in door and side panel. Ordered a third cooler, this time for shipment to the Best Buy store so that it could be examined before taking delivery. Received email from Best Buy advising my new cooler was ready. Drove to store, unpacked wine cooler along with store manager, only to find dents in the panels. Discussed with store manager the possibility of taking the store's floor model which was agreed. On examination of the floor model, the rear chassis/frame was badly bent and distorted! Finally bought a different and more expensive model wine cooler at a discounted price which I'm delighted with. It is clear that the manufacturer uses thin, inferior packing material which does not withstand the rigors of shipping and handling.

Great price, great wine cooler, large size, but a bit noisy !

Great Wine fridge - but the wood shelves were designed for mini bottles or something. The shelves don't always slide in & out with ease. Once in, it holds the bottles well, but it is a struggle at times to get larger bottles in. Staggering bottles was not well thought out either for the shelves. As far as the fridge part goes - 5 stars. great temp, light, door alarm, lock, nice to display, easy to see inventory, .....

The delivery person took time to fully inspect unit. Identified and pointed out damages Made sure unit was operating properly and seated on floor correctly We were impressed with his professionalism and patience in setting up the unit

Can not put bottles in slots next to each other - so only every other slot works out - doesn’t hold Champaign, Prosecco or larger Chardonnay bottles and the drawers do not slide well at all… I bought it for my garage and am using it - however I would have sent I back it was for inside the house…

My wife likes the dual zone and the wood racks seem a bit easier to use when adding or removing wine bottles.

Great wine fridge that stores all sizes of wine bottles.

This is a wonderful wine refrigerator that looks great in a kitchen. The price and look of it, made it an easy choice. Once installed, it looked wonderful in the kitchen. It has locking capability to for safety if you want to use it.

Love this wine fridge. It looks slick and it keeps both white and red wines at their own temperature.

It has all the bells and whistles that you 1200 dollar models have, just the big question is will it last...it seems fine after the first week.

Maybe we just aren't good at being winos, but there is no way we could get 38 bottles in the wine fridge. We were also disappointed with the wood shelving. It's a bit cheap.

Everything about the fridge is great. It’s nice looking. It’s great inside. It’s Quiet! But for champagnes it does not get cold enough on the top part. Only goes to 42 degrees. That’s disappointing.

Don't do it - it seems like a good product at a great price. I bought and when the first one arrived there was a big dent on one of the corners. Had to wait for UPS to come and get it then I ordered another one. Guess what?! The second one had a dent as well and when you'd open the door the pieces didn't fit well and would grind against each other. I would overlook little scratches or what not, but these look like they've been dropped and with a fridge it made me nervous about what could be damaged on the inside that I can't see. I'm bummed because it looks like it would be perfect but after two tries it is obvious that quality assurance just isn't important to Frigidaire on this item. So at this point I'm two and a half weeks into this process and still don't have a functioning wine fridge.

Ordered this product on Sunday and got it delivered very quickly the next day. Best Buy exceeded my expectations when it came to delivery. The product is great, can’t wait to set it up for my lady!

We started off with a cheap Kenmore wine fridge and replaced it with this model after 6 months. The Kenmore frosted-up way more than this one. We put cans of pop/beer in the bottom and a mix of wine bottles and beer bottles throughout.
