Some pull out, some don't; some have stops when you pull them out, some don't. Regular size bottles don't fit on bottom shelf. The temperature displays are useless. The displays show setpoint, not actual temperature. May as well have a knob labeled "1-10". It's a bit noisy when running - lots of weird gurgles.

Good but could be better

However, 2 things I believe would improve it. The wine rack spacing is too tight for many of the bottles. In other words they rub on the wood racks when being inserted or removed from the fridge. And the lowest temperature available is not cold enough. In my opinion, chilled drinks are best at around 34-36 degrees, and that is not an option with this Cooler.

I accepted the discount rather than to return it because it was just simply too much work. And I had a new shipment of nice wines that needed to be in a cooler. Along with the banged up outside, it also had a broken rack. So I am just less one rack. AND last but not least, One half of the fridge wont allow me to set to 55 degrees. It stops at 54.

The only issue was the fridge was dented in the corners. The interesting thing the box was perfect, and factory sealed. Obviously, this must have happened at the factory and passed through quality control. Question the factory work. The dents did not affect the function.

We kept it since it wasnt really noticeable and didn't affect the operation of it. The two zones work but it would make more sense to have the colder zone on the bottom and the warmer xone above it for better temperature control. Overall not bad for the money.

Cons: unit does NOT maintain 59 deg top, 46 deg bottom temperatures, even if compressor runs constantly. Turning up bottom temp by 1 or 2 degrees helps, but each degree defeats the purpose of separate temperature zones.

This wine wine frig went dead after 5 months. This wine cooler still under warranty and I have been in contact with Frigidaire for the last 11/2 month and still they did not fix it or replaced it . Frigidaire is the worst company to deal with and I regret buying it. I don’t not recommend this wine cooler to anyone. As well Best Buy would not ever help to resolve this issue . It’s a shame.
