Some of the reviews people complained about the wood shelves and small space between shelves causing it hard to fit some wider bottles. While this might be somewhat true, i have found all my types of wine fit nicely even the wide bottles. The wood she living is very nice and i think it looks much better than the wire shelves. I currently have 27 bottles and have enough room to easily fit another 11. Runs quietly and cools perfectly!

When I called to request help, I was told I needed to bring the fridge into the store. The fridge is 100+ lbs and I weigh just a little more than that...I also drive a small car. So pretty disappointed because Best Buy's policies assume people can easily swing by the store with a 100+ lb appliance...felt a little discriminatory to me. The racks are also a little clunky...they work, but they don't slide in and out smoothly.

Posted .I'm glad to hear that the wine cooler is working as designed, copper. When the surrounding noise level is low, you might hear the compressor running while it cools the interior of the unit. He worked with the ElectroLux techs and still was unable to resolve the problems. Tests were done using water bottles and filling almost all of the spaces. The primary problem is the bottom area which runs 8 - 12 degrees above the setting, e.g., when the bottom is set to 54, the measured temperature using a thermometer is 62 or higher. The temperature difference varies. Not good for any wine.
