It doesn't keep it as cold as our previous cooler, but we may have kept it colder than wine enthusiast suggest. Not a believer in the 2 zones as if you keep one warmer for the reds the whites are not cold enough.

Not what I thought I was buying

I placed a thermometer in both the top and bottom and although it does not keep the temp perfectly set (meaning, the colder side does bleed some to the less colder side), I feel it works better then I would have expected for the price. The longevity will be in how long it lasts, I've had prior wine fridges at this price point that eventually stop working, so we will see over time how this performs.

Emailed complaint and no response. Tried to call in 7 different occasions; each time waited over 30 minutes on hold before finally hanging up. Terrible experience. Always been pleased with in-store purchases. Would never recommend on-line purchase. Wound up paying a handy man to repair so I could use. Most disappointed. It is a difficult time but no excuse!
