Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this item was more expensive in other stores... i got this for a great price at best buy. its an excellent product until now. the noise is not like other people say it is.... it not even noise.... dual chamber with dual temperature control are great.. the only downside is the bigger 1.5 liter wine bottles dont really fit in here... i managed to fit one in the bottom tray sideways. every other wine or champagne bottle will. have no complaints. look nice and elegant, and build looks great.

The wooden slat shelves were flimsy, when I put my wine in I couldn’t pull the shelves out without yanking on them risking pulling it out completely and dumping the bottles on the garage floor. The bottom shelf was intended for cans I think which was not clear in product description.

BOTH left to store/ warehouse damaged as the boxes were fine. Corners bent in, holes punctured on the side!! The foam covering it was perfect so shipped like that! Trying to return the second but customer service has now 2 times NOT EMAILED ME A RETURN LABEL. So, am I an annoyed customer? Beyond.

The wood racks nice appearance but difficult to remover wine bottles. Based on price point only I tried to purchase 2 more off these but each time (twice) the u it’s we’re damaged - returned to Best Buy. I have bought a black wine fridge with metal racks for 125 less and it’s much better appearance - convince each door pulls out so you can easily wine on each shelf.

Tons of Damage

Dents in side and top. One of the bottom legs is a at a sharp angle. The door wasn't on it's hinges when it arrived and the pieces that hold it were bent as well. Door doesn't close. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of and has limited service hours.
