The wine cooler is nice looking, but it makes quite a bit of noise. That is disappointing.

Nice Fridge. But hard to store 38 bottles as each wine bottle size differs.

If you don’t lock it, it sometimes opens. But other than that works well.

The unit is nice but the wooden shelves that hold the bottles are hard to pull out or push back in, especially when loaded with bottles. The unit does make some noise when running. The dual temps do work and are very nice.

The shelves are not easy to work with. Could have been a better design

I am so disappointed with what I really expected to be an upgrade to our previous cheap wine cooler. I was very wrong. The unit is nice looking and that is about what it has going for it. We thought the biggest issue was the fact that the racks do not fit the stated number of bottles. We found we had to remove racks to fit certain common size bottles as they were too tight. Then when you alternate bottles as shown to maximize storage on a rack. They do not slide out easily to access bottles in back of rack requiring you to pull out multiple bottles to reach those in back. Take into consideration the stated capacity is much less than stated for this reason. This can be accepted and worked around but the second issue is noise and is the reason I so badly wish I could return or exchange this. Hopefully Best Buy will help. The unit is louder than any other beverage or full size appliance we have. It is constant and sounds as if a coffee maker is brewing, gurgling and sounding of flowing water. This sound occurs 90% of the day. It distracts from television viewing and carries through the home at night to the point of interrupting sleep. It is located in the same freestanding manner and location as our previous unit. That unit could be heard on occasion as compressor switched on and off but this is much more constant. If this can not be exchanged or replaced I am going to have to move it into the garage or sell at a loss. Had way higher hopes being this was a Frigidaire. Even if you can get this at a discount which we did not I would reconsider. Fridgidaire, Best Buy help?!!

Purchased as an open box, thought it was a great deal. Never dawned on me the store would put it out for sale, without checking to make sure it works. I also found out it was supposed to have keys, but they were no where to be found. So it was returned, without any trouble. Unless you consider the time, gas, & wear tear on my vehicle.

I don’t like the racks. Hard to pull out to see your wine. Also, the racks do not fit champagne bottles. It is also making a lot of noise. Overall I wish I would have found a different one.

Was just able to unbox this today and it was damaged.

DO NOT BUY THIS. Bought a new unit, what received is equivalent to scratch and dent model. there was dent on right side, top left corner dented where dropped or hit, and the metal running up both side of the door was too long and not flush; this is hazard for one cutting hand. The 38 bottle capacity is a joke unless fitting smaller standard white wine bottles. Does not fit red wine and old world bottles. You need to remove shelves to use, no ability to adjust.DO NOT BUY.

It does it job two problems the door suction is not strong if your in a rush and push the door close it reopen due to lack of suction second is noisy especially late night good thing my bad is not close to my bedroom.

The original cooler was damaged and returned, unfortunately the replacement was slightly damaged as well, but based on a price concession I accepted and installed. The cooler seems to be working fine, but not a great experience.

The product works fine, but was truly damaged upon pick up. There were dents in the corners. It was ready for pickup about 4 weeks after ordering and got an email the day before stating didnt know for sure if it was coming. Not good service.

Bought this online and picked up curbside. After unpacking at home, we realized that there were multiple defective parts...namely warping on the parts and seams that don't line up. Pretty disappointing and it's going back once in store returns are allowed.

What the hell is Fridgedaire thinking? This comes protected with a wafer thin half inch of styrofoam in the box. Bought one, it was dented everywhere, returned it and the second was just as bad. Finally returned it and gave up. Good luck getting one not damaged.

It's not possible to put 38 bottles of wine inside this wine cooler. Also, Shelves are not adjustable! Very disappointing. To expensive and not worthy of money!

So far so good, I think to give an honest opinion I would need to own this product at least a year 6 months the least. As of right now I gave it the max start because I haven't had any issues and cant really evaluste long term.

This was a gift for my wife. We both are very pleased with the look and performance. The noise is not noticeable and the wine comes out with a perfect chill. The large capacity is nice for storage also and reducing clutter.
