The freezing up damaged Napa wine and there was leakage on the floor from where it was leaking out. The leakage was not visible for a long time and brought to my attention when we were taking out a bottle to drink. In addition, the wood wine racks were too narrow for the wine bottles to fit, thus damaging numerous wine labels on the expensive Napa wines. I returned the unit since I had an extended warranty for a refund, less the price of the extended warranty.
