The shelves are not adjustable as advertised. The 1-800 service number was ignorant and looked at the manual for answers.

Disappointment

We had them come out and replace a part, which was supposed to take care of it. But here we are a few months out, and starting to frost again. Pretty disappointing

Not Happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got the Wine Fridge home and set up went well, set the dual temperatures to my settings and the temp stayed the same in top and bottom. I bought a digital thermostat and double checked my settings. No matter what i set them at the temperatures were 45 degrees top and bottom. i am returning the fridge tomorrow and getting a different model. Also the wooden not shelves are very poor design and stick when trying to pull them out.
