    We opted to pickup from store after seeing all the photos, and even so there was a dent in the door, and we had to exchange. Once we got it home, un-cartooned, and setup, there was still an issue with the wood shelves having a ledge that required taking all of the shelves to my wood shop to belt-sand off that lip that would not allow pulling out a shelf (especially if there is wine on the shelf). One of the shelves needed a bevel sanded as that shelf catches just above the compressor recess. No problem with small 750ml bottles, and larger ones if you are willing to remove shelves, to lose bottle counts. Fridge is quiet, nothing noticeable unless you open door and hear the Freon flowing. Has door alarm if it is open too long, LED light(s) (one for top, one for bottom) are white and can be set to go on with door open or all the time. Displays can be Fahrenheit or Celsius. Door is reversible, but we did not need to change. Lock does not really use a key, it is like an Allen-key 5 instead if 6 sided (pentagon) and could be opened with a screwdriver. Overall, for a dual zone quiet wine fridge, not a bad value if you don’t mind some minor fixes to shelves. Don’t know the long term function, but looks pretty good so far.

    The shelves are too close together making it difficult to get wine bottles out. It is very loud and i can hear it humming all day.

    It DOES NOT hold 38 bottles, the shelves are to close together, we had to remove one of the shelves and lay the other on top of the bottles. It held 23.

Larger bottles or pairs with different heights may need some additional room or not fit cleanly together. The shelves are removable so that you can fit the cooler to your needs!     When I bought through the app they said they would deliver on the 26th and I was counting on that for a gift, they delivered it a week later because it turned out that they had no stock, they can't play with people's money and time. BEST BUY THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS AT ALL, it is not the first time they deliver when they feel like it. I recommend not to trust the word of these people who do not have it!

    It cooled just fine but the drawers fell apart almost immediately Drawers interfere with each other when sliding in and out

    The product came in damaged beyond all recognition. If never seen an appliance packaged and handled so carelessly. Best Buy customer service was deplorable in their solutions to help me. Do not buy this unless you are actually standing in front of the appliance you will take home. Awful.

    Actually the product isn’t what it claimed to be. The shelves were advertised as pull out. Have you actually tried to pull or slide a shelf out ? The shelves are not adjustable so larger or slightly odd sized bottles cannot be stored in it. Quality of the manufacturing is below what most most people would consider ok.

    The refrigerator was damaged during shipping and I had to send it back. Also The refrigerator would not fit as many wine bottle says it was advertised to. It said it would hold 33 bottles and it only health half of that. I do not recommend this Wine cooler for anyone.

    Does not do the basic job. It is supposed to provide 2 temperature zones and it is impossible to have 2 zones with 4°F différence. Pretty useless. Also, you have to use a real thermometer to adjust to the exact temperature you want, the indicators are wrong. Finally, the quality of build is mediocre.

    Damaged in shipping ... twice.

    Unfortunately, I cannot give this a fair review. We received two, both damaged as they were shipped in the manufacturer's box... and that had limited protection. So, I can't tell say if this product was good or not, but I continue to get emails wanting me to review it.

    don't waste your time or money...ordered a total of 3 different times..all came damaged. Had two sent to my house and one to store...all bad due to very poor packaging. Looked nice outside of the fact of damage and could not keep.

    Not sure what the issue was, but the unit wasn't able to keep the 2 different temperatures. We took the unit back to Best Buy and had no issues returning it. Disappointed with its performance.

    Bought 2 and both arrived significantly damaged, with side and front dents. Hinges on both units were so damaged that the doors hung crooked. The shipping packaging was a joke it was so thin.

    It was a gift and delivered to recipient damaged. When the delivery came for the exchange they delivered to the sender not the recipient. I’ll waiting for another exchange. Not a happy camper!

    Box looked fine but two massive dents. Even worse, you can't reach an actual human being at Best Buy to figure out the least painful way to return a 100 lb wine cooler. Is Best Buy run by SkyNet?

    Waste of money - I wish I could return it. The box fell apart. If I had a way to return it I would. The shelves are very cheap, they are hard to adjust, and getting through to customer is horrible.
