    Very disappointed in Best Buy this thing looked like it was kicked across the warehouse this is not the first time . Quality control is ridiculous

    Dual zone does not work

    Does not do what is supposed to do. Dual zone does not work. Bottom zone set at 64 and never gets above 52. Top zone set at 45 and cannot below 48.

    Item worked for 20 days. Since it was used in a business there was NO warranty. Had short in electric as it kept popping the breaker.

    Don't buy this via shipping. Bought one, cane broken, BB sent a second, also came broken. Had to return both and spent over 7 weeks, 20 hours on the phone to get it done.

    Delivered and unpacked handle does not attach on one side. Can’t pack it up because can’t lift it!!! Will not buy from Best Buy again!

    NOT 2-zone and won’t even keep 1 zone constant. Totally useless. Returned it but that was a hassle too due to Best Buy incompetence.

    Only Good for Standard Sized Wine Bottle - Caution

    Starting off, I really like this unit bang for buck, however, ran into 2 issues. First is delivery issue and second is design flaw so to speak. I ordered this online and both units came damaged, so I am working on getting my 3rd one, except I'll go pick this up at the store vs UPS shipping. I think it is well packed, but both units were trashed upon arrival with major concealed damage - my suggestion, do a pickup at store. But this is not why I am giving 2 stars. If you have standard 750ml wine bottles, you are in business. This cooler WILL NOT hold a Syrah or Pinot Noir bottle (bulbous bottom style), nor will it hold a high end Cab in a thicker glass bottle or taller red wine bottle. Don't even think of putting champagne or a magnum of any type as you will be removing shelves and stacking bottles on top of each other. I am not a wine snob and don't buy $100 bottles, but something as simple as a $34 bottle of Hess Cabernet in a taller bottle won't fit between the shelves (too tight) or the depth (too long). There is more room up top and I thought I would flip the temps and put reds up top (to hold the big bottles) and whites down below but you cannot do that either as the unit will not allow temps to match up. Whites have to go on top and Reds on the bottom. I read the reviews before buying and nobody has mentioned this, so hopefully this helps you decide.
