    works great and delivery guys were great. Had some challenges getting the appt set up but a manager worked those out.

    Wine Cooler worked for about 6 months. Then door seal failed and cooler froze up. Wine had ice around the base of around ten bottles. Three shelves were warped from water damage and two had a good deal of mold on them. My wife called customer service on several occassions. First contact, she was told that it would be replaced. Second call she was told that they would not replace it rather they would repair it. Then when my wife asked about the moldy shelves, she was told they don't stock replacement shelves and that they would not replace them. Then when my wife was still asking questions and complaining about the unit, the customer service rep sent her to a survey line mid sentence, basically the rep hung up on her. Needless to say, we will be discarding the useless unit and going down a different path..

    Nice machine for looks. They needed to make this cooler 1 inch taller overall as it does not hold Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or any non standard bottle. Actually you can bend the flimsy shelves to fit, but I don't think they will last long. It is also a noisy machine. It gives off a gurgling sound when on.Too bad the Samsung was on back order.

    Fridge looks great, seems to be working fine. However, I’ve noticed the upper zone (meant for white wine) won’t drop below 56 degrees and the bottom zone (meant for reds) won’t bump up above 52 degrees. Almost as if my zones are opposite

    Reliable and Quiet!

    Purchased 6 months ago and it's been wonderful! Barely hear it in my open layout, though it does make those "alien noises" when it's super quiet. Love the dual zones, and the warning beep when the door is left open has saved us a number of times. This is a good one!

    More cons than pros. 1.) As some reviewers stated, there is no true dual zone. There is an upper and lower level zone, but no barrier between the two to prevent temperature leakage. 2.) This also leads to the compressor constantly running because the temperature constantly fluctuates. 3.) After running for a while, the unit begins to "coo" constantly. The compressor itself is fairly quiet with the typical low hum of a refrigerator, but the cooing noise is noticeable and makes it sound like there's a pigeon in the house. 4.) You will also not fit 38 bottles in it unless they're all Bordeaux style bottles or slimmer.

    I'm satisfied with the purchase, dual temp control makes it easy. The down side is that the size is bigger than what I've anticipated and the noise level is kind of loud for me

    Stopped cooling after 5 years

    Wanted to open a bottle of wine after a long day at work. Light turns on, temp numbers work, Fridge is not cooling. Maybe I opened the door too much during the pandemic?? Pulled the fridge out to see if there was dust behind it. Fridge still looks like it’s brand new. Nothing lasts anymore, extremely frustrating.

    Worst customer service ever!! Geek squad appliances hung up on me 4 times after being on hold a grand total of 1.5 hr and still did not resolve things. It still going to cost me time and money to get the defective Item returned to them that they shipped me.

    Waited 40 minutes on line to get 2 damaged frigs

    I purchased 2 wine refrigerators for in store pick up. I waited 40 minutes on line to pickup. Exterior of boxes looked fine but when I got home I unpacked them and started seeing things that made me believe they were previously opened. By the time I got them out of the boxes one had a broken door and one had film peeled in a weird manor. I called up asking for an exchange or for them to send a tech out and they reused. Only option is to repackage and send back to the store. These items are very large to have to do this. Not happy I was sold not 1 but 2 previously opened and damaged fine coolers.

    The cooler does not fit reds with a wide bottom. Same for sparkling wines. The ones I like! Good value to store wine the comes in a standard bottles.

    Extremely Noisey

    I bought this unit and a Frigidaire beverage cooler 2.5 months ago at the same time. The wine cooler has two temperature zones the beverage cooler has one temperature zone. The beverage cooler is quite as a mouse. You can right next to it even when the compressor is on and you have to strain to hear anything. I highly recommend it. The wine cooler is a noise disaster. It makes a whooshing noise for 20-30 minutes every hour that you can hear two rooms away or even upstairs. I tried changing locations, adjusting temperatures and nothing helps. I suspect it has something to do with the dual temperature zones. Fridgidaire says this is "normal". I will wind up taking this to the dump, eating $575.00 and buying another unit. Stay away!!!

    I have had this fridge since 2007, and it is still going strong with no issues! Buying another one as we got a larger Wine Enthusiast fridge and the product broke three times...so cheap and horrible customer service! This one is much smaller but at least it works and lasts! Great product!

    No big enough for wine bottles!

    They didn't make the racks big enough to accommodate various sizes of wine bottles. It only fits a 3" bottle, not the larger 4 1/4". You have to Shove the bottles in which tears the labels. There would be enough room if they didn't make the division between the upper & lower section so large. Also, can't make the 41 degree section higher than 50 degrees, it defaults back to 41.

    The exterior of the door sweats and drips water on the pine floor. Doesn’t matter if it’s turned all the way down to 41 or up at 54

    NOISY

    DO not buy this Wine Cooler. Due to the Noise, I called Electrolux and they charged me $89. The Tech came and he has not even opened the door and he said that the noise is normal but it is not. the Noise started one month ago but they didnt care about it at all. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT.
