We are happy with this product and we recommended it

The oven is small than my previous oven. It only has two racks available. My old oven had four. It's like i downgraded. :(

So far it seems to work fine I have had no issues with it I am rather sorry that I did not buy a convection oven however

I really should have spent a bit more, and selected something of higher quality.

Product is ok But Best Buy rescheduled 4x over 4 weeks keeping me waiting several times resulting in various no-shows Eventually they showed, but it was miserable making the delivery happen Worse, when they showed up, they bumped the appliance against my kitchen countertop and broke part of it. What a poor experience.

Stove works well for the price however it stains easily and hard to remove.

I would not buy this product again. As soon as the warranty expired, the glass top cracked with limited usage. What a cheap product and I paid a lot of money for this defective item.

Hasn't been 1 month and already has chipping on glass. Every time I place a pot or pan it makes a squeaky noise on glass top. It takes forever to warm up a "comal" (mexican griddle)

Overall happy with the purchase. Mostly Pro's and few cons....this is my first flat cooktop and the pots/pans seem to move around too much while stirring, etc. Not a big deal but I am just not used to it. Also, the timer beeps one long beep when it is done. This is unfortunate because if you are in another part of your house and don't hear the long beep your food will burn :) Mahor improvement from what I was cooking with before so like I said overall it is very good!

Easy to use, sets up in minutes, easy to clean (as stated above). The stainless steel is pleasant to look at, too. A great buy.

Oven is good but basic. Starts up right away and heats up like any other oven. Nothing fancy about the options. Only concern I have is when the oven is running it lets out midly loud bangs from time to time from within the oven. I'm guessing it's the walls of the oven expanding as it gets hot. It did run for about 8 hours on Thanksgiving and we survived so I guess it's nothing.

Oven is very well built and have not had any problems with it yet. IR cook top is great and allows for easy clean up.

This range is great for the price. It looks good and matches all my other appliances. However, I think I was too hasty in making the purchase. I didn't realize until I had the item installed that it doesn't have all the features my previous appliance had. The most notable missing features were the self-cleaning and convection options. Also, on my previous stovetop, the red light indicating a hot surface was on the center front of the stovetop. The light indicator on this range is up on the panel. I have a microwave above the range, so I have to bend over to see if the indicator light is on. It needs to be more visible so we don't burn ourselves or set something on the hot surface.

Excellent purchase. Very good pick up for the money. No frills, pretty basic but does the job. Looks very sharp. Worth the money.

The Stainless Steel looks great. My first smooth cooktop, and I would have to say I am not a fan of it. You see dust, everything on it, and dont even wipe it with a wet rag cause you will see water spots. Again Frigidaire failed in the workmanship of this product. The stove has an air vent in the rear panel at the top that lets heat out while the stove is on. This vent usually is not seen (left side behind rear burner), however on my stove you can see it. Repair man said cant do anything about that product defect. Contacted Best Buy and they gave a discount to keep, which I did. Stove cooks well, and happy with that.

We bought a whole new set up for our kitchen. Dishwasher, fridge, micro and this stove all from Frigidaire. This and the fridge are great products. Having small children, the knobs are in a great place. Operating and starting the stove and oven are simple. I have no complaints on this unit.

We bought this range last week. My boyfriend was putting a filter on to our under the range microwave so he put his hand on the stove when suddenly the glass under his hand broke! This stove is poor quality with weak spots! How is it suppose to withstand heavy duty stuff like pots of water, a turkey, or an iron skillet when the glass cracks under someone's palm? We've put our hands on our old stove a million times to change out the filter and nothing has ever happened to our HotPoint. The Black Tie Protection that we bought with it was worthless because while the rep told us it would cover beyond the manufacturer's warranty, Geek Squad told us they wouldn't fix anything the manufacturer wouldn't pay for. Apparently, putting your hands on a stove is considered abuse so no coverage... Don't waste your money on a product of such poor quality or the protection plan that does nothing. I'm young and this was my first appliance purchase so I gave Frigidaire and Best Buy a chance to win my brand loyalty for life but they both don't want to take responsibility for making a poor quality product, selling me one, and then not fixing it. Guess what?? My family, friends and I won't be buying Frigidaire brands or from Best Buy anymore!
