||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a brand new Frigidaire gas range/oven—still under warranty—and it started having electrical issues within the first week. Frigidaire assigned Aries Appliance to handle the repair. They scheduled four separate appointments, and not once did anyone show up or even bother to call. This is beyond unacceptable. Frigidaire/Electrolux is completely unreliable and unprofessional, they are unable to schedule a repair with an appliance company in my area (Santa Rosa). The amount of time I’ve wasted waiting around and rescheduling is absolutely infuriating. I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance. The worst part is they have the nerve to ask me if Id like to purchase the extended warrantly- when no one has shown up still to this day!!! Save your money and time, buy something else!!!

Fortunately, not a huge amount but it is not safe to use the oven per the Spire Gas Company. Also, the long griddle burner does not light all the away around. A repair person is coming to address these problems.
