My one complaint is with the calls being routed to call centers. The information and follow through is horrible. I have been very frustrated trying to contact someone with concerns, changes, etc. Honestly, with this part of Best Buy, I am sorry to say but I am totally dissatisfied.

We chose this model as it was an update version of our previous one except it didn't have a convection cycle as we didn't used it. It has preformed well except a little disappointed that the oven light has stopped working last week hopefully that its just the bulb but had expected it to last at least 6 months before burning out.
