Loved the ceramic flat top and that everything was so easy for her to use. Also that it had the self cleaning ability. For this price point, most did not have this option.

I am learning .. and that's good.. my new stove is so easy to clean. my stove lets me know that the surface is hot.. not to touch.. the alarm is loud enough to hear and goes off more than once. I am so very glad that I bought my new stove.. the young lady that helped me was very nice also... thanks to Best Buy I now have a wonderful new stove.....

Frigidaire Oven

Handle is poorly made and has come off which makes it impossible to get back on and have it not come off again due to the screws stripping the plastic.

The Whole is Less Than the Sum of Its Parts

The replacement part was $450. Given that price and the fact that the oven was dirty and needed cleaning (even a self cleaning oven requires elbow grease), it made sense to replace it. Even with the crack, a smooth glass top is so much easier to maintain that I would never go back.
