Warranty didn’t want to cover it, although this is a big safety issue. Awful costumer service. Go to other better brands with better warranty!

Unfortunately, microcracks resulting from stress are not always noticeable—until the glass is no longer able to cope and shatters into tiny pieces. I'm used to cooking on an electric stove and I've accidentally burned stuff in getting used to it.

So far this one has been awesome! It heats up quick, awesome quick boil on one of the elements and coos evenly.

I settled on this not just because of the ceramic cook top but it was equipped with a warmer for those times I may be holding dinner for someone. The surface of the oven door also has an extra coating to help cut down on smudges from little hands

Bummer on my part! But other than that it has treated us good and cooked many many meals :) no issues

The oven is large capacity and everything is easy to wipe down to clean

Despite these oddities, a nice oven for the price.

E-Z Frigidaire Range!

I prefer the smooth top because it is so darm easy to clean. I like a simple range without too much fuss so this one is perfect for me.

I'm still getting a strong plastic/chemical odor when I use the oven but admittedly I have yet to follow the instructions of the delivery man to set the oven at it's highest setting for about an hour and a half to burn off the protective oils prior to cooking in the oven, I would definitely recommend doing so on a breezy day when you can open the windows to air out the odor more quickly.

The quality you can kind of tell it’s a bit cheap, but I haven’t had any problems with it yet. This is my first time using electric but I do kinda miss my gas top.

I purchased this range because I had just purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator and wanted to stay with the same product line and so far I have no complaints with the range. I also like the instruction booklet that came with the product offering suggestions on how to use it.

This model has 5 burners, one more than my old stove, and quick boil option. The burners and oven work great. The only complaint I have is it’s really hard to keep the stove top clean but that’s probably true about all electric ranges.

The price was great and I like the glass top and the stainless steel. Didn't realize the heating element was exposed in the oven, but doesn't seem to be a problem.
