Bought this unit to replace an older one that gave out. It only took a couple of days to tell a difference in our basement with the dampness. Simple to use.

compact...stops when full...easy to empty...easy to view when it is getting full...love that you can change the percentage...can really feel the difference

This is a great product so far. I run it in my basement. It's a big area. The drain container was full everyday and the room felt and smelled great.

good product, I'm using the product in my masteroom dresser / bathroom.

The dehumidifier did a good job reducing moister in the air. What a liked best about it was the lager capacity water bucket. Needs to be emptied less frequently.

This is the exact brand and size I was looking for and having trouble finding. Too make it even better it was on sale!

I have this in a crawlspace under my house that's created mildew and a terrible smell. I hooked up a runoff hose to bypass the tank and it works really well. Otherwise I had to empty the tank every couple days.

We needed a new dehumidifier. Best Buy had some in stock. We did a price check and they always match best price. The employee who sold it to us helped us move it to our car. Great service and customer service.

Works very well in my basement, does a good job at keeping basement dry and musty odor-free.

Variable dryness level is a nice feature but it has taken us a little while to figure out which setting works for us. A little more about the settings would be a nice place to expand in the directions book.
