Dehumidifier works great! It is a little noisy though.

Every dehumidifier I’ve owned in the doesn’t live more than 3 or 4 years. His one is working fine so far. We will see how long it lasts.

Hello. Just bought this to help with the basement. Worked great for 2 days and now getting EC on the screen. Apparently this means the unit has malfunctioned and cannot be fixed. Returning right now. Going to exchange since I’ve only had it for 4 days. Maybe I got a bad one. If it happens again I’ll switch to a different model.

Worked for nine months - then it codes EC - third Frigidaire 50 pint to code something or be recalled in a row ... will return under extended warranty since it is now past the mfr warranty period. Always get the extended warranty because if it has to be disposed of, the disposal cost is the same or more for a product with refrigerant.

We bought the new dehumidifier because our old one went out.Seems to work just fine so far.

This was the only disappointment with BB. I ordered online and picked up at the store. The box wasn't properly sealed, but I didn't pay attention to it, until I retrieved the dehumidifier and found a black mold in receptacle container! Seems like, the item was returned with some water in it and did't go through a proper quality control. It was disgusting! I had to pack it back and drag this heavy item back to store for a return.

Fan is supposed to turn off after humidity level is reached, but this unit's fan runs almost constantly. After a week of running, removed only a little moisture... less than an inch of water in recovery tank. I have two units and they both have these issues. So, I think it is probably a poorly designed/manufactured product rather than defective. Returning to store and will purchase another brand.

Lasted two seasons only! Terrible quality, when it worked it was very loud. Don’t purchase

We had a major basement flood from a broken washing machine. My MAN cave is in the basement and over 1 inch of water on the carpet. We shop vacked up as much as we could. Then set this dehumidifier to work and after just 36 hours in continuous mode this thing has my carpeting about 80% dried out! No mold, no mildew smell! It paid for itself within 24 hours to be sure!!!

Struggled for weeks with humidity in my backyard office. Decided to invest in a good humidifier. I plugged this baby in and in ten minutes it brought the humidity down from 75 to 55....

Easy to prep to use. Very quiet, very happy with the product. Best Buy got to me in one hour Thanks Best Buy.

Purchased less than 2 years ago and it stops working after 45 minutes. I'm getting the "FO" code. Frigidaire says it's under warranty but won't return phone calls or emails after telling me to cut the cord off.

It has been plugged in and running for 3 days in a 12'x14' room Tank is dry as a bone , the dehumidifier has shut itself of multiple times each day. It's been nothing but a pain in the butt.
