Now he doesn't cool off the whole house just when he's hot (usually from all his devices). Works great. Already saw positive results on the energy bill. Wish I would have bought a larger unit that cools more square feet though.

Good product if it works

I took it back and got a new one, and actually received a $15 store credit also because it went on sale, so maybe I won in the situation. Working great so far. Hopefully it will not break down again.
