I needed an air conditioner and stopped at a best buy to check prices. They had the size I needed and when comparing prices at other retailers with the help of one of their salespeople at the store, best buy did have the best deal.

Needed a small unit for a small bedroom and didn't want to spend a lot. The unit is fine for the money. However it does not cool the room to the temperature that you set it for. But it is very quiet.

Nice for a small room. Energy mode isn't very successful. It works best with a fan placed a couple feet in front to circulate the air around the room.

It makes so much noise that I can't sleep with it at night. It cools the room . Just can't take the noise.

I bought this for a small bedroom and it really does the job. It's quiet and it's also Energy Star.

Works very well for such a small sized air conditioner. Like the fact that you can turn the vents in a number of directions. Has many adjustments you can use on this unit. Powerful and quiet.

I'm cooling about a 150Sq' room and it keeps it cool. The only thing I don't like is that if I have it at 60 or 72 degrees there is not much of a difference

This is a low cost unit, but still cools the room effectively. It takes a while to cool the room initially, but maintains the temperature very well.

This is a good unit. We have it just to cool our bedroom. The energy saver mode is annoying, it doesn't cool as well and i hear the unit turning on and off al night. I recommend taking it off energy saver!

I bought this same model several years ago from Best Buy, and it was the best window air conditioner I had ever had. I gave it to my son for his daughter's room, and I purchased another one for me. It has great features and economy settings.

I was looking for something smaller because my room is not that big but it worked out it has the fan if it gets to cold I can switch to fan and my room won't feel to stuffy and muggy.

affordable air conditioner. I didn't want to get the cheapest one available, as those lacked a temperature reading screen as well as advanced settings. this one has those features.
