Great for not-too-big rooms
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been using this one for a bunch of years now...I clean the filter every 3 mos. and take it apart about every 18 mos. to spray the gunk out of the innards, and I try to lube the fan shaft. I realize nobody's going to do all that, but it's "OK quiet" and blows cold! Cheers!

It is not fun! I have never been so uncomfortable in my life! This unit is a wonderful, cooling system for my bedroom!

great for bedroom

Installation is easy (I'm a 23 y/o who had never put in an air conditioner before and I figured it out pretty quick). It's not too heavy, I've always been able to move it and install it myself. It cools off my bedroom quickly and keeps it cool all night. It's a little noisy but I actually like the white noise. I'll keep using this until it dies, hopefully that's a long ways from now!

Easy to install, light weight
