Good and cheap if its the 1st time that you've ever bought an ac (a starter ac), great for sm apt or just 1 decent sized rm and a bit noisy (somewhat tolerable). I'm not too sure about the "economy saver." Doesn't seem to automatically go off and on as supposed to or takes too long in between causing the rm to get warm as opposed to keeping the rm cool. Sometimes it goes through noisy motions before coming back on (sometimes coming on noisily for a couple of seconds and then quickly shutting off before taking its time to come back on.

Happy with this air conditioner however I don't like the ESaver button, its really a joke, the air conditioner hardly turns on.

This AC is a little powerhouse. I have purchased several for different rental units and they've consistently held up for the last couple of years. I only had an issue with 1 and with the Best Buy insurance I was able to replace it. I would buy it again.

Had a 10 year old AC go down. This replacement worked perfectly for our main bedroom. A tad noisy when the compressor is working but not too loud at all. Functions great.

When your leaving, can set a/c to econo setting and it cuts off to save you money, cools down room and very quiet

Perfect for our 10x12 bedroom. Very quiet, we barely hear it, and cools the room down in a jiff. Remote is a real bonus, lots of cooling options compared to a "knob only" unit. Love it!!!

Seems quieter than our old model. Keeps a 16 x 16 well insulated room cool and comfortable.

Good design and solid qiality I can feel. Unfoetinatelu, not a real theough wall AC, which is required by my coop.

Functions as expected. Only problem is that on energy saver mode it sometimes doesn't turn back on quick enough so there are periods where it is a little warm.

I can't have any complaints about this AC. I bought 1 last year and now a second this year. I replaced my old AC that had developed a ton of mold somehow.

I really like the economy and sleep feature on the unit. It saves the unit from running full blast all night and making the room too cold

Gets a 15x25 room nice and cool. Noose level is acceptable. Would be 4star if it put out move oomph from the fan.

Works as it should, although this particular model does not have a remote control with a thermometer as it does on other comparable models sold elsewhere

when you have the oportunity to buy at a great discount some thing from best buy like the opened box air conditioner i did and you rely on the integrity that bb says its in perfict condition you are in a win win situation.

The AC is decent. It is a bit loud when turned on and can sometimes take a while to cool the room.

Since we bought the air conditioner, the weather has cooled off, and we've had no need to use it. Driving home, we joked about that common phenomenon -- effecting the universe with one's (unnecessary) preparations. Bring an umbrella to keep it from raining. So to that extent, it's worked wonderfully. We did turn it on for half an hour to try it out. Worked fine. Quiet.

Works great to cool our add on room in our basement. We didn't need much but this was easy to install and seems to work great.
