would have given a higher rating but I don't think the temp control is right.have to have it on 62 to cool off my room 12'x12'. other then that works great.

I love the economy mode and all the easy features. they come very handy and not complicated. the panels that are inserted on the side on very beautiful and easy to put in without screws.

This air conditioner keeps my 10 x 10 room cool only if it is on the lowest setting of 62 degrees. It is also very loud and rattles quite a bit. This air conditioner replaced one that I had for about 15 years that even though it was old was much more quiet. For the price I am sure that there are others to choose from. If I had to do it over again, I would research ahead of time. But is was just too hot and I needed it because my old one stopped working.

my air conditioner controls are unusable due to no instructions included in box.Could not register with Frigidaire online for warranty purposes.

This ac it's very quiet easy to adjust the air flow

Serves its purpose well! Worked great for the small area I needed to cool and was affordable. Love that I can set a timer or set the temp and it has a remote!

Air conditioner works fine but is very loud because it doesn't drain well. Economy setting is not good. Shuts off and doesn't come back on.

It cools a more than average sized room in less than 30 mins. The only thing I wish it had would be a setting to have it turn on/off automatically at a specific time.

Great quality compared to competitors. Has many options that allows for air flexibility. Unit was very easy to install.

It was bought to help a friend of a friend on Facebook. The day it was bought the temperature was in the high 90's and they were looking for a economical used unit. I just thought it would be the right thing to do since I have the resources to help someone in need. I don't know how the unit is doing - I do know it was installed the same evening it was bought and that is all. I just hope no one has to endure extreme heat in a house!!

Needed window unit as the house I live is old and has no ac but will be getting soon. Works good

These Frigidaire AC did not seem to be high output units, but they did finally cool the bedroom in which they were installed.

Needed to cool bedroom at night but wasn't quite big enough. Returned it for the 8,000 and are very pleased with the results.

Bought this item because it was inexpensive and was a good brand, but was disappointed because it's very noisy.

Was an ok ac would recommend going to a higher bru for this brand.

I bought this to replace the window unit till I get central air installed. I highly recommend this product, it does everything I expected.

This was a perfect air-conditioner to purchase as our first window air-conditioner. It was easy to set up and keeps at least rooms cold.

The unit is not too big but size definitely doesnt matter...air is ice cold!

Cools the room well and good features. But this thing is noisy, rattling when the compressor is off but the fan is on. And it's an erratic noise, so something that's not really easy to sleep with.
