Too low for the room being used. Be careful on the size of your room.

Cools good, can be noisy. Price is right for what you get.

We needed some extra cooling for our bedroom and bought this unit to help with our problem. I am happy to say that this unit does everything we had hoped for and more. It puts out very cold air and is not overly noisy Installation was as you would expect with a window unit.. we can now turn the temp setting up on our central air and still sleep very well. The remote and timer are also nice.

If you have a super super small studio might work. For my schedule, I can barely make a reasonable cold temperature

Covers small bedroom 12'x12'; however, makes good amount of noise so you may need ear plugs if noise sensitive.

bought one installed it it was very loud thought it was defective took it back and got another the exact same thing super loud outside very loud inside. Do not buy this product

This product would have difficulty cooling a closet.

Great AC blows really cold. Not to big and not to small.

THIS UNIT REPLACED AN OLDER AND SMALLER AC THAT STRUGGLED TO COOL OUR MASTER BEDROOM. THIS UNIT ISNT DRAMATICALLY LARGER THAN THE OLDER ONE, BUT IT COOLS OUR BEDROOM VERY WELL, AND WITH EASE.

for the money and the size(6000BTU) it is perfect. Works brilliantly in our room. highly recommended.

Does its job for a small room. Good energy saver..

We needed this as additional cooling to our room above the garage.. the cool air from downstairs wasn't making it upstairs to cool that room (sons bedroom). This unit is quiet and has lots of nice features such as auto mode where it will cut on and off to maintain a set temp and my son loves that he can control it w the remote from his bed.

It is nice and for the most part quiet just enough to cool the living room nicely without having to draw too much power

Short and not-so-sweet: the unit is designed to prevent drainage of water so that the external fan literally "slings" it across the condenser to "cool it." Unfortunately, this prevents sleep, given that the pinging noise #similar to the sound of hail hitting it# is loud, inconsistent, and unpredictable. Also, the fan itself appears to be defective out of the box; it makes an obnoxious grinding noise that is indicative of bad bearings #bad quality assurance, in other words#. Don't make the mistake of buying a second unit thinking the problems will go away, because you'll them only have two to return. Conclusion: if this is going in a small bedroom, I'd strongly recommend another brand. #Oh, and don't get the newer-looking 5,000 BTU Frigidaire model selling here, either--that one's fan is far too loud to permit sleep.# #Frigidaire, the purpose of air conditioning is comfort. It does little good to create units that cool, but only at the expense of noises that permit relaxation. Hire some new engineers.#

I use this in my 2nd floor and I like that you can set a timer and go to sleep and wake up in the middle of the night to turn off and it really cools like it should highly recommend.

This unit runs quiet at beginning, but sounds like a water fountain after about 40 mins of using, mainly because it doesn't drain and holds too much water inside before the water overflows. It sounds extremely annoying when low fan speed being used. What I can do is that open the window and tilt the unit almost to vertical position to pour the water out, and my roommate thinks I am pouring a basin of water out, so that you can imagine how much water it holds. However, if you drill a drain hole, warranty will be void. Apart from water noise issue, it is a nice ac unit.
