This 6,000 BTU unit (cools 250 sq.ft.) replaced a 5,200 BTU unit (which cooled only 150 sq ft) and cools not only the bedroom but additionally cools off our dining room. Would highly recommend for use in a smaller apartment. We are very pleased with this purchase.

We bought this for my grandson's bedroom. He is five and it cools his small room fine and he loves being able to use the remote. It is efficient and was easy to install.

My monthly bill was $50 bucks and I left the AC on 24/7 (on economy). It is great! The manual gave thorough instructions how to install it on your own and it conditioned my apartment to my satisfaction!

Easy to install, easy to use. Functions just as it is described. Cools the small area we purchased this for with no problems although I did expect slightly more cooling power.

This was a 2nd unit, I had bought from bestbuy. the first one worked great. However this unit was beat up pretty bad in transport. I had to return it to the store. Huge waste of time. I was very disappointed. But the unit itself works great. Advice: check the box before you open it and if its torn or smashed just return it and don't waste time installing it. It will most likely grind and bang and make horrible noise.

Runs great, cools our bedroom down fast. We would recommend this air conditioner to a friend.

I have a large bedroom with a cathedral ceiling which can be hard to cool. I leave the AC at 75 degrees during the day and just as I'm going up to bed I turn it down to 68. You can feel the difference within minutes. The options are also quite nice.

I already own several of these air conditioner units. They're fantastic and work great. I did have one that gave out a could of years ago and the Best Buy warranty kicked in and was very easy to e change. All of the others still work like a charm.

brought this ac for my inlaws small apt.its pretty decent price for ac,it does take a while to have the cool air kicking.

Cools the house rather quickly and is quiet. I like that it stops running when it is not cooling, which helps save energy and keeps noise to a minimum.

For the price this was a good unit. the noise level is a little loud, but what do you expect for a window unit. cooling in fine for my room that is 15' X 12'

This product is great for its size, and does as described. It blows very cold air and cools the room quickly.

Great unit for the price. Would recommend it for sure. Only con is a somewhat loud fan noise when on the lower speeds. My Son is loving it in his room though.

I have this unit in my bedroom and it works great. It has cooled down the whole apartment too but I wouldn't recommend it for that unless you have a smaller apartment. I love the energy saver mode and use it all the time. On our other ac we have to keep it at around 62 to get it comfortable while I keep this one at 72 and have the fan on low except for the hottest of days. As for noise well it is a window unit so you will get some noise but it isn't that bad at all. I would highly recommend this to anyone and will be purchasing another one soon too

This Ac is really good. I love the remote and I love that it comes with the ability to put it into energy saving mode. My power bill barely went up 20 bucks having this on energy saving mode all day everyday. Great buy I do believe.

We have an upstairs gameroom. In the summer it gets pretty warm. Not any more !

Got this for my daughters bedroom which is about 16X16 and it works like a charm. I have not had the noise issue that everybody else talked about. I also was impressed on how well balanced the unit is sitting on the window.

It does its job and cools my room down. Makes a little noise but if you can drown it out which, when its 80 degrees in your room, you make do.
