I bought this unit to be a budget Air Conditioner for my medium size bedroom. (About 12'x14') Works perfectly for this application, provides all the cooling needed in a reasonable amount of time. The unit was simple to set up and the remote control functionality is an added bonus. A couple of minor annoyances about this unit: The unit responds with a loud beep with every button press. There is no ability to turn this beep off, so adjusting of temperature or mode in the middle of the night can awaken others still sleeping. Also, the condensate pulled out of the air does not fully drain out of the unit during use. This can cause a moderate amount of water to pour out of the unit when removing it from the window. No water leaks into the room during normal operation, however. In all, the small issues with this unit are not a big deal and could be easily modified by someone who is handy. The unit performs very well for a fantastic price. I would buy this unit again.

It was easy to install and cooled the area down quickly.

Unit seems well constructed and designed and has operated well since installation. Compact and lightweight as well. I would highly recommend it.

Solid AC window unit. Much quieter than the LG unit we previously owned. Only complaint is the thermostat must be turned way lower on power saver mode to keep the room cool at night, but after a few nights, we found a good temperature for us, then no problems at all

It is a great air conditioner. A good value for what you get. I found it easy to install. As a matter of fact I have a larger unit from the same company, in another room. Love them both.

Window AC unit works good for cooling a 15 * 20 ft room. Fan always runs, AC is noisy.

I paid 144 + tx for this buy I should have paid 179 for a LG unit. This air conditioner makes a lot of noise

Probably should have gotten a bigger AC but has to go up 3 flights A fan and AC keeps a small very hot 3rd floor apartment bearable

I picked this up during a heat wave to cool my son's bedroom, which was pretty much uninhabitable. This unit was the perfect choice.

It indeed does blow cold air, however your room (bedroom, living room, etc) will likely not be some cool place to relax as it wil be too loud and/or your TV volume will be way too high to drown out all the fan noise (even on low setting) and excessive rattling of nearly every part on this unit!! I've had to remove the interior cover, filter, and even shimmy all vents just to quiet it down a little bit. Run away from this unit, ad run fast!!!

Easy set up. So glad to have purchased this. Instead of running 3 separate ACs we can run just this one to cool our top floor.

I paid someone to install it so I will use it this summer but I will replace it with another product next summer. I don't think that Best Buy wants to sell defective air conditioners but you should hear this one!
