Good features: hose hook up, ability to set desired humidity %, fairly quiet, slim design, easy to empty water bin. I can definitely tell a difference within a week.

I bought this unit to replace a unit I purchased 20 years ago. This dehumidifier is attractive, performs well, has no water drip noise and is easy to roll around or carry with the top handle. Cons: The fan is a little loud but that is expected and the water container is a little awkward to handle. Our old unit used to have a water drip noise that would drive us crazy so we couldn't use it at night. I would definitely purchase this unit again.

Great product, good price, highly recommend and doesn’t let you down

Pulls moisture out of the pretty fast, not too loud, and easy to control. Bucket is somewhat difficult to get of the unit especially when full. Overall a good purchase.

This dehumidifier does the job. It was easy to set and use. Definitely made a difference in the house.

This dehumidifier is a great unit. With the wheels it is easy to move around and having a place to attach a hose, if you have a place you can drain the water to, the unit will run for a long time removing humidity.

I spent quite a large amount of time researching Dehumidifiers trying to find one that would last like the way they used to make everything 20 Years ago. This Unit is the one. It has wonderful reviews and in my opinion out preforms all the competition. It satisfies my requirements which were: 1. To be reliable and work well. Also Easy to use and simple. 2. It has a real proven track record. 3. This is my Brand for life, this thing is a Tank !

This got high marks on Amazon and I was happy to find it available at Best Buy. They matched the price and had one shipped to me. It arrived in 1 day. I was also very impressed with my very helpful salesmen. Great customer service!

Bought this to replace an old dehumidifier. Maintains humidity in our refinished basement. Easy and not too heavy to empty reservoir. Works so much better and less noisy than my old unit.

I have used this dehumidifier for several months now and it works great. It is truly impressive how fast it pulls the moisture out of the air. No problems with the unit so far. I recommended this model to my father who went and purchased it at Best Buy the week after I did. He was having trouble with his old dehumidifier, but now is very happy with this model. I would recommend this model to all. Very easy to use and well designed.

Bought this after our other one died with the dreaded EC error. (And that one was a replacement under warranty for the original that died) The last one lasted 3 years which seems to be all you can get from one nowadays. We went for the larger capacity since we moved to a house with a larger basement. Not super quiet, but not too loud- we don't notice it because it's in the storage room by the furnace. Immediately started pulling moisture and the damp feeling is gone from the basement. It works great, but we will see how long it lasts before it gets more stars.

Bought this Dehumidifier because in an enclosed area, leather tends to become crisp and ultimately fall apart. No after purchasing this dehumidifier the upholstery in my cars and in my theater room have been kept in good condition

I bought this for a basement apartment that was getting mold everywhere due to the humidity It is energy efficient and really sucks up the moisture. The apartment is 4 rooms. We cleaned everything we could and afterr using continuously for about 9 days there was no more order and we lowered the settings to maintain the level of humidity. Last said the dryer air also provided warmer rooms as a side benefit for the winter.

I purchased this to help combat humidity in my finished basement. It has now been almost a year and it’s been great. We did not have a noticeable change in our electric bill when we started using this almost full time, so I would say it seems relatively efficient. It also does a great job of keeping our entire main basement room at a reasonable humidity level. Would absolutely purchase again.

Didn't realize how bad my old dehumidifier was until this one had been running for one full day. You could feel the difference specifically in how dry the carpet felt. I would recommend this unit especially for the basement.
