I PURCHASED THIS FOR MY HOME WHICH IS OVER 5K SQUARE FEET. SO FAR IT IS WORKING REALLY WELL.

As promised the humidity level went down and therefore the musyy odor left. I would recommend this unit for a high humidity area

It works very well. It's pretty quiet and does a good job of keeping the humidity down in our basement. Hopefully it will last longer than our last Frigidaire, that one died during the extended warranty period and BB cheerfully replaced it with this one. I usually recommend not getting the extended warranties but you might want to consider it for these.

We love our new dehumidifier. No dampness in the basement.

Have had the Frigidaire 70 Pint Dehumidifier for a month. Has worked as advertised. Condo was very humid and in a couple of days of turning on had us down to 50%. Now have Dehumidifier set to maintain 60% and it is working fine. Was easy to set up and get started.

With all the humidity in Texas our ac was cooling but the room was still thick. Decided to give this unit a try and was amazed at the h20 that this pulled. Enjoyed the cooler room so much that I purchased another for the man cave. Little loud but worth the bit of extra noise.

This was pretty much plug-and-play, works great pulls the moisture out very quickly. I have not tried the hose attachment feature but it seems like it is pretty self-explanatory. When I had an issue, I was emptying the bucket several times a day now it’s just once a day.

I bought this unit to put in a spot in the house that tends to get particularly humid. I've previously owned Frigidaire dehumidifiers and had had good experiences, so I decided to give this one a try. I have the unit set to 45% and it's doing a good job so far.

We live in a very humid climate and use this in our garage. It really cuts down on the mold in there. We did have another one that stopped working, but it was still under warranty, so Frigidaire replaced it. They have a 5 year warranty that is better than most.

My basement was getting smelly and I was using a 10 year old product which was not too energy efficient and this has solved the problem in 2 weeks! I should have bought this sooner and is doing a very good job in the automatic option and the noise volume is not bad at all!

I seem to replace these every couple of years. I actually bought the extended warranty for the first time. I also upsized from a 45/50 pint. The 70 pint size is much better for my basement. Pulls more humidity quicker. It is also not very loud compared to previous brands.

Works great and very quiet, got rid of the smell down the basement!

We have had this dehumidifier for a year now, and we still love. It really took the musty wet smell out of our basement. it is pretty quite, I can hear it running while in the basement, but once upstairs I no longer notice it running. My only complaint is the dump bucket can be a little cumbersome to get out and in.

Working excellent at the moment. I use the dehumidifier about 4 maybe 5 months out of the year. I've purchased GE's and LG's in the past and they seem to work fine for 2 yrs and then die. Absolute junk quality. I'm hoping this Frigidaire doesn't have the 2 yr obsolescence built in. So far I'm very pleased!!!

Glad I got it it has helped with orders in the basement. I loke the shut off feature and run it every day for a short time now that summer is almost over hopefully less water colleted

Works well in our basement. Have not placed a drain hose for continuous drainage because basement door is frequently left open and it is close to an outside door, but find that bucket capacity is high enough that don’t have to empty it more often than once every 24 hours.

Purchased this dehumidifier to replace older unit that stopped working. This one is quiet and keeps the humidity at our desired level while running about half the tin of the previous one. We are very pleased with the performance and, likewise, the value of the product.

Have used it for a couple of weeks now. Have it connected directly to a drain. Using it on a BIG room and its still doing a good job in maintaining the humidity at a normal level that would result in condensation of the cold air intake of the HVAC. Very happy with product and hope it continues to deliver.

This is my first dehumidifier and it works as I expected. I purchased the 70 pint to use in the basement. I do not have it hooked up to drain from a hose so right now I am emptying it everyday. I was not too concerned with looks or noise because of it's location.
