This dehumidifier sucks a huge amount of water out of the air. It is very humid where I live and I don't have a/c so dehumidifing is crucial to reduce mold and fungus growth. This product does a great job and its quiet.

Very satisfied with this dehumidifier! We bought the 50-pint version first and bought a second for another building on our property. They work great, are easy to use and do a good job of removing excess humidity. Just what the doctor ordered!

This was a replacement for an older model Frigidaire dehumidifer that lasted me about 5 years. It does a good job at removing the dampness from our basement, is pretty quiet, and has a good number of functions and adjustments.

After some research on different models and reviews, my wife and I settled on this Frigidaire 70 pint unit. We live in the Northeast, and our house (while older) is a pretty tight house that gets very humid from spring throughout summer. Once we put this unit in our finished basement, we felt so much more comfortable, and this beast was filling up every couple of days pulling a lot of water out of the air. Great investment to get some comfort in the hotter months. We did opt into the coverage plan, as most humidifiers (brand aside) historically have issues with the compressor, but so far it has been smooth sailing.

everything about it is excellent instructions are clear, was easy to set up and run. Controls are very easy to use and make adjustments. Once it is setup it take care of itself all you have to do is clean the filter per instructions.

This humidifier works very well in our basement and has dropped humidity level very quickly

I wasn't sure if this was gonna make a huge difference...but have noticed a big difference from the first day

This thing has made all the difference in my stupid vent-less bathroom. Window open, door open - nothing stopped the mold and mildew. We treated the room with RMR-86 and always run this baby during showers. Now we're solid.

Great dehumidifier from Frigidaire. They change models every year, but the components and specs are nearly static. I'd buy another Frigidaire when I need another dehumidifier.

This dehumidifier is easy to set up and run. We did purchase an extended warranty because we have had issues with dehumidifiers in the past that have not lasted very long. In order to keep our basement pleasant in the summer we need one.

The Frigidaire 70-Pint Dehumidifier is very efficient in drying my basement, yet it doesn’t have the annoying loud noise that I’ve read from other people’s reviews about other brands. It gets the job done and that’s the bottom line.

Kinda loud when running but does its job really well especially since I live in a basement for my apartment.

I bought this for a basement/rec room after the heavy rains in late July. I have run the unit 24x7 since then and it makes a world of difference. There is no hint of any smell or musty odor anyway; it really keeps the basement at a low humidity, even in the muggy, humid summer. I would recommend this dehumidifier to anyone. Just be forewarned that it will hike your electric bill by several dollars per month.

I got the 35 size one from Walmart, and I returned it to get the 70 size one that is much better.. The bucket pulls the water out fast.. Works great for me

I have only had this for 2 months but so far it does it's job fantastic. Sucks the water out of the basement which of course is what the product should do. Easy to operate. Time will tell in the long run how good of a purchase it is depending on how long it runs before it breaks.

Seems to do what a dehumidifier should, but much more quietly than my previous units.

I bought this particular one first because it was in sale and had all the things that u needed. 70 pints, and you can hook up a hose you dont have to worry about emptying the container. I'm satisfied with this product thus far.

Gets the job done and does it quietly. We would have to turn our old one off if we were in the same room to talk on the phone. Not an issue with this one. Filter cleaning reminder is hand as well. So far so good, been running for 1 month.

I needed to replace my old dehumidifier used in our basement. Checked several online reviews and decided to go ahead with the purchase of this particular one. It's been running almost constantly over the last several weeks and is working as advertised without any problems...

Bought this same model over 15 years ago, and the controller went on the unit, recently. Saw it on sale at best buy so I bought it again, works great keeps the basement nice and dry. The return on investment has been great.
