The room I decided to put this unit in was hanging precariously around 85% RH. After setting this unit up (with hose attached to drain) and setting to CO it was down to 30 within two hours. Settings and controls very intuitive

The humidifier is easy to use and set up with no problems. I liked that it was easy to hook up to a drain pipe in the basement and there was no dumping the gathering pail. It does what it said and who could ask for more?

Bought this when we had a water leak. Worked great for a few months then it started to leak. Frigidaire replaced the unit immediately since it was under warranty.

This was well packed. Performs as expected. Emptying this system's container works well twice a day. After two weeks I'll need to check the manual to find and to clean the internal screen.

We have had this dehumidifier before, so we knew what we were getting. The handle is thinner, but it does seem to be very quiet when it is running. It is hard to empty the bucket but it is still worth the price. We did take a protection plan because of the reviews.

Keeps the basement dry. Easy solution. We chose to run a hose from the back so we don't need to haul full buckets -- highly recommend that.

This dehumidifier has been excellent. With this rainy summer, I empty it almost every 12 hours. It’s easy to empty, bucket has a convenient handle. I feel the difference in my basement.

Works to specs. Quiet. With external hose connected it is fully automatic. Set humidity level and forget it is there. Basement nice and dry now. No more musty odors. Great product.

I purchased this dehumidifier to replace an identical one that I had purchased about 5 years ago. It just stopped working but it did a great job of keeping my finished basement moisture free while I had it.

I bought one a couple of years ago and it's been doing its job so I bought another one for a second home. In the summer, I have them set at around 55 humidity. With my older unit, I cleaned and dried it out every winter, and in the summer I get a bucketfull to empty every day. My newer house has a basement partially above the ground and is less humid, I empty it once every four days. For the price, I feel they've been worth it.

Took it out of the box, followed the easy to read and understandable instructions and it has been working like a charm ever since. Does a great job in keeping it dry and the humidity low in the basement, no more musty smell either.
