Great way to dry my basement! Bought two of them great deal!

This has been faithfully working for about 9 months with out any issues or problems. I am using the self drain feature, which is really nice for being in the basement. The only negative is the filter. Using the self drain feature you need to keep the drip tank in place, removing it shuts the unit off - which is normally a reasonable thing to do. However, to clean the filter, you have to remove the tank to get the filter out and getting the filter out is not as easy as the previous model. Having said that, because of where I am using it, the filter never collects anything.

Product did a great job removing the humidity and musty smell in our basement. Took 2-3.days emptying the internal bucket twice a day. Only had the unit for a couple of months. Time will tell if the unit lasts.

The dehumidifier runs quiet and pulls a lot of moisture from the basement rooms. It is relatively lightweight for its size and capacity.

Bought it because it was well-reviewed on many web sites. Said to be quiet. Problem with the one I got is that when the compressor comes on it makes a really irritating high pitched whine. Other than that, its OK.

Does well removing humidity in basement. Does not run continuously - cycles on an off. Only negative I have found so far, is the bucket is difficult to remove and empty. More difficult than the Danby I have owned in the past. Have followed instructions in guide but still it is not easy.

This is the third one I have purchased: two for my basement then this one for my Mom's basement since I love mine Adding a hose for self-emptying is easy & so convenient.

This dehumidifier works great. We have it in our basement family room and open the door to the washroom at night and it covers both rooms. Very simple to use and to empty.

The product seems to be working as expected! No problems!

I like the handle built into the bucket, which doesn't get too heavy, even though it's for a huge capacity area.

We have a large basement that had gotten a moldy odor - installed this Frigidaire, and within a day the odor was gone. The basement smells much better, and the ability to drain is a real time saver.

We needed a good dehumidifier for the basement and this does the job! Very easy to remove the bucket to empty it, and easy to clean the filter. Controls are also simple.

I have had this over a month and it works better than the Kenmore it replaced. I like the two week reminder to clean the filter which is usually clean. So far so great.

Excellent product for anyone that requires ease-of-use you’re able to hook it up to a automatic water drain with proper hose.

A really great product,I wish I had bought this dehumidifier first It was also recommended by a consumer magazine along with another one that was rated the same, but Best Buy pricing made it a no brainer to buy this one.

This dehumidifier does an excellent job dehumidifying the air. Not surprisingly it is very noisy, most dehumidifiers are. However I did not expect and am disappointed with the fact that it is very difficult to remove the container to empty the water. The container is also very heavy when full -Both contributing to spillage. This has not been my experience with previous dehumidifiers and necessitated the purchase of a different brand.

Product lowered humidity in my basement rapidly. Product was used in approx 500 sq ft area. Bucket filled quickly be prepared to empty a lot of your humidity is high.

The dehumidifier has been dependable and it is quiet.

I like this dehumidifier. We have it in our basement on continuous and it is making a difference. It is very quiet unlike old ones. So far I have no problems with it.
